This Connection is not Private Warning

    Hi there, I went to open my WordPress Admin page just now and got a ‘This Connection Is Not Private’ message. Looking further I found an ‘sni-support-required-for-valid-ssl’ certitificate with a further warning ‘XThis root certificate is not trusted’.

    What action should I take – or can you take? Best, Martyn Swain

    Hi, is ruby446421350.wordpress.com the site you’re getting this error on or a different one?

    Please note that if the site you’re referring to is not hosted here on WordPress.com but on a different provider, you’ll want to reach out to them to help resolve the connection issue.

    Hi, fstat – I have a support ticket now with the site’s host and I should be up and running later today.
