"This Connection is Untrusted" blocks my site
-
When I (and some others) go to my site in Firefox, a pop-up apppears that reads:
“This Connection is Untrusted. You have asked Firefox to connect securely to searchcerts.com, but we can’t confirm that your connection is secure. Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site’s identity can’t be verified. If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn’t continue.”
What can I do about that?

Hi there,
Are you sure you are not attempting to view the site at https://searchcerts.com/ rather than just using http://searchcerts.com/ instead?
It is also possible that your browser settings are set up to always attempt to load a secure version of any site, which would also cause this error.
Unfortunately the front-end version of WordPress.com sites are not available with SSL certificates. The back-end dashboard interfaces are all secured with SSLs and your information is encrypted, however it is limited to the back end only.
