This doesn't look right…

    When I log onto my blog and go to my dashboard it looks like it is a word document, I have not been able to add posts, links, or make any changes since this happened. I can click on the various options but it opens a strange window at the bottom of the same page that I cannot actually use. I don’t know how else to describe it but maybe someone can help me? This is essentially what it looks like when I log on:
