This domain already exists and cannot be registered

When i am trying to upgrade to custom domain, it shows me domain is available but when i reach the ‘pay out’ the final stage it gives ‘This domain already exists and cannot be registered.’ I just bought and then cancelled a godaddy domain name, which they deleted about an hour ago. Im not good with technology so thanks for your help. my wordpress is funnygirlsdressbetter.wordpress.com

What is the domain you are trying to register? Then we can check for you.
Note that with most registrars, when you cancel a domain it first goes through a holding phase before the domain is released for registering somewhere else.

That domain is still showing as registered with GoDaddy.com, so if you deleted it with them they haven’t released it yet. I recommend you contact them to find out what their usual waiting period is, and if it’s possible for them to release the domain earlier.
You won’t be able to register it here until they release it.
