I accidentally allowed my domain (jordanhuus.com) to expire. I believe the domain is now in the ‘Redemption Period’ phase and I am looking to pay the $80 or so that is necessary to get this domain back.
This is actually the second time this has happened because my billing zip code and country were not set up for my payment method.
WordPress links say to contact customer support and thus I am posting here. Please help! Thanks!

Can you tell me where you’re seeing the domain is expired/in redemption?
jordanhuus.com isn’t expired or in redemption from what I can see. That domain is currently active in your account, and you should see it under Upgrades ->Domains in the dashboard (https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/jordanhuusdotcom.wordpress.com), as well as on the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Currently automatic renewal is disabled because we don’t have a valid payment method attached to your domain. You can add that by going to the Purchases link I gave above, click on the upgrade, and click on Add Payment Method towards the bottom of the page.
But I see we helped you restore that domain from redemption in February, and it will only expire on 8 January 2023 at this point.
I see your domain is currently pointed to Bluehost.com, but it only loads an error page when I try to visit it. That points to something wrong on Bluehost’s end, in other words, with your hosting account. But the domain on our end is fine.

Ahhh okay, so it isn’t in redemption. I’ll go over to bluehost and see what the problem is.
I presumed that it was (in redemption) because it is currently not working when I navigate to it (jordanhuus.com) as you mentioned. It is supposed to look the same as jordanhuus.me.
Great, thanks for the details regarding the next expiration. I’ll have to learn more about where these details are stored in my account.
Regarding valid payment – I just updated this a few days ago and should be good to go but will double-check.
