  this came up while trying to set up my blog, I paid for the upgrade to have just designsbydeonna.com and it went through before I paid but after I paid it seems that it would not work and asked me to change my primary ??? I do not unterstand, please explain

  You can set the primary domain from the Upgrades → Domains page in your blog dashboard.
