    Hello,
    I’d like to map the domain geraldinecourtney.wordpress.com to the website maldonregatta.co.uk but i get the ‘domain is already mapped’ error.

    As I own the domain, I’m not sure who else would be mapping it, Is there a way to confirm thats the problem, and who is mapping to it?

    Is there a way to claim is back as my own so I can map it?

    Hello there,

    I don’t see a website when I visit maldonregatta.co.uk . Are you perhaps trying to map that address to your WordPress.com site and not the other way around?

    As in trying to change the address of geraldinecourtney.wordpress.com to show maldonregatta.co.uk ?

    Hi there, maldonregatta.co.uk looks to be registered with Paragon Internet Group Ltd. If you own the domain, in order to map it to geraldinecourtney.wordpress.com you would need at least a Personal upgrade plan on your WordPress.com site and then change the current nameservers at your domain registrar to WordPress.com by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
