this domain is already mapped to a wordpress.com site

    Hello,

    We own a domain. – qida.es

    We are unable to map that domain because it is already mapped to another wordpress.com site.

    Pretty sure it’s mapped to qida.wordpress.com (it’s not us)

    Since we are the owners of the domain – how do we get it to be mapped to our instead?

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    There is an active WordPress.com Business subscription using that domain and the email address for the account with this purchase uses the same domain.

    The current plan owner would need to contact WordPress.com support in order to cancel that subscription and remove the domain connection from their account. This is not something we can do for you on the free support forums nor can we act on this from an account not related to the plan owner.
