Hey,
I have connected this domain(snapit,lk) to an old account which I have no access to right now. its been almost 3 years now. I don’t have a way to recover that. I can provide the proof of the domain purchase 3 years ago. that’s all I have at the moment. i already purchased the same domain from my local domain provider. I would like to use it in this account i already paid 300$ today to get the business plan for my website. please be kind enough to help me with this matter.
thank you

Hi there,
I’ve looked into the details of your domain, snapit.lk, and I’m happy to tell you that it’s no longer connected to your old WordPress.com site. Instead, it is connected to your new site on the Business plan you’ve recently subscribed to. You’ve taken the right step forward.
However, there’s a little bit more work left to be done to complete the connection. It seems the name servers at your domain registrar’s end need to be updated. To update your name servers, you can follow this guide we’ve put together: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/#step-2-change-your-domains-name-servers
Once you’ve made these changes, your domain should be fully connected and ready to go.
If you come across any difficulties along the way, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch. We’re here to help.
