This domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site.

    I was working in the website yesterday in WordPress, linked a domain I own, paid for premium and now i can find and work on the website, not in place or online. It is a new project. WordPress understand that there is already a domain mapped to WordPress, so i can’t work on it, but it mine domain. How to solve that out?

    Just to confirm, are you saying that you were working on your WordPress.com site yesterday, purchased a Premium plan, and now you’re unable to find the site today?

    If that’s the case, could you please share the email address you used for your WordPress.com account? You can send it to us at help@wordpress.com—please don’t disclose your email here.

    If you remember anything like the site URL or email address, or if you have any screenshots of the transaction, such as the Transaction ID, please feel free to share those with us via email. We’d be more than happy to check that for you.
