We have a premium package from you. We have a domain bought from you.
For several days, our domain has been blocked and placed on the black list by your provider.
Yesterday, throughout the day, we tried to get help from you as our partner in this matter via chat support.After many hours, we finally got information that our emails are blocked because we have sent over 40,000 emails.
We have over 7,000 subscribers and over 800 members on our site.
At the moment, users do not receive any e-mails (confirmation of registration, purchase, password reste and others).
These are financial and prestige damage to us.
The only information we have obtained from you is that we have to change provider.
We are shocked by this solution of the situation. We did nothing wrong, we did not receive any warning, no one informed us that our domain was blocked and none of you can help us (unlock the domain – remove from the blacklist).
Please clarify this matter.

We are your domain provider, yes, but we are not your email provider and I don’t see any DNS records for email configuration on your domain. We also have not blocked anything on your site.
As we explained to you via email yesterday, it’s another service that is blocking emails from your site, and you need to contact that service for help. Please follow up in the email ticket you already have open with us if you have any more questions about this, but there’s not much we are able to do in this case.
Also please be patient while waiting for a reply via email – each new reply you send on that ticket moves it back to the bottom of the queue, meaning we’ll take longer to get to it.
