  Please help! Instead of transferring my domain to another site, I cancelled the domain hoping that then I can register it on the new site but now it says “This domain is parked with Automatic”. How can I get access to this domain now? I want to transfer the domain to the new hosting service.
  When I tried to transfer to new service I keep getting error messages. when I try to contact for help via email I get the same red x that tells me to contact support but there is no way for me to contact them!

  Hey there,
  If you have already canceled the domain, you may find yourself with some difficulty in trying to accomplish what you are hoping for.
  When you cancel a domain, it will no longer be registered to you. … Depending on the type of domain you cancel, the registry might hold it before releasing it for other users to register. You might be able to re-register the domain name, subject to additional registration fees.
  This is probably not what you are hoping to hear, but I will tag this with a ‘modlook’ for further clarification for you, as you have mentioned that you are having difficulties reaching staff support.
