hello, i dont understand this site. it wont allow me to add any videos or any music unless i pay but instead of charging me a monthly plan the site wants to bill me a full year in advance? i dont understand why i cant add audio files? what plan do i need to have to add that?

Have you considered loading your audio and videos at a third party that will work with WordPress.com so that you can either link to your files or embed them?
