  I am trying to buy an upgrade and the payment screen keeps on disappearing
  All I want to do is pay to customize my theme and the payment screen is not there!

  I think this might be a recent issue with Internet Explorer 9.

  Can you try using either Firefox or Chrome and see if you can buy the upgrade? You can get either browser at browsehappy.com If you are able to purchase the upgrade, please do let me know, so I can pass this information along to our developers.
