  Hi there, I’m not sure I understand what you are asking.

  Are you looking to have a place to chat? WordPress.com isn’t so much a chat service, but you can use any site to create posts on your site and your friends and family can leave replies in the comments and you can reply to them. https://learn.wordpress.com/

  If you want a more “traditional” chat-type environment, you may want to look at:
  1. The P2 theme, which shows comments and replies on the front page of the site. https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/p2-breathe/
  2. Making your site private and inviting only your friends and family to the site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Just an aside: did you really intend to use your email address as your site URL and username (yournamegmailcom)? If you would like to change your site address so that only your name appears, you can follow these instructions to change it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ Part of that process is also changing your username. Note that once changed, you can not go back to the old site URL/username.
