  Hi there,

  This forum is dedicated to sites hosted by WordPress.com, whereas fromstarttofinishevents.com is hosted on Unified Layer and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org).

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.

  Since WordPress does not have control over sites hosted by different hosting providers, your hosting provider may be able to assist you.
