There’s not a history of any charges being made to the account you are using here. You can confirm that on your end by checking the billing history via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Did you get an email receipt from us? Try to sign in with that email address or let me know which site is mentioned in that notification email.
We have to find the right account before proceeding.
