That site is connected to another account of yours nmatrangagmail-com. Log out from current nicholasfmatranga and log in again as nmatrangagmail-com

The site at https://revolutionarywarstatenisland.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software, hosted at Bluehost.com. You are not paying us anything for that site.
For advice on updating the email address for your admin user account for that site, please ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. We have no control over any aspect of your admin account for that site.
That site is connected to WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin, but that Jetpack connection belongs to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re using to post here. You need to be logged in as the other account to access that site using WordPress.com’s tools.

@staartmees, WordPress.com usernames cannot contain punctuation, so the username,nmatrangagmail-com, not only doesn’t exist on WordPress.com, but is completely impossible.
