  You have given me a website listed above. This is NOT the website that I want. It may take me weeks to set it up then I plan on paying for it and publishing it. Why in the world did you give me this?

  You can work on it for however long you wish. If you say you intend paying for an upgraded plan at some point then you’d be able to change the address of the free site to a custom domain address of your choice.
