This is not what I paid for

    I just bought a subscription for a year’s worth of service with WP for $96 but I cannot log into my site to build it because your system says my site which I just paid for doesn’t exit. The site is MaggyWhyte.com and WP is saying it doesn’t exist but I just paid for it. I would like my money back, please

    You are logged into the wrong account.

    At the moment you are logged in as the username, maggywhyteintuit. This username was created brand new just ten minutes before you posted this forum thread, and doesn’t own any sites with us.

    The domain, maggywhyte.com, belongs to a completely different username account, which bought well before the maggywhyteintuit account you’re using now even existed. You need to be logged in as that other, older account, associated with a different email address, to access that site.

    I also note you appear to have since filed a chargeback against us for this domain purchase. When you dispute a charge in this way you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation.     Please contact your bank and cancel that dispute, and we can restore the upgrades back to the other account, so you can use them once you’re logged into the correct account.
