This is ridiculous! I have a paid plan and can’t get to a HUMAN!

I need to cancel a paid account, since I thought I canceled and they are charging me again, and when needed HUMAN support, this AI is telling me I do not have paid account so I can’t get support! AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED……. NOT TO HAVE A PAID ACCOUNT AND GET MY FULL REFUND!!!!!!!!!!

@staartmees not sure what you mean. I went there. I do have access to the account. The system is not recognizing my account as paid. However, they are not reimbursing the payment which is exactly the dilemma why I need help in the first place.
Bottom line, I need a human. The machines are not understanding something.

Are you sure those charges were made by wordpress.com because according to https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/calerots.com the domain is registered by Godaddy and the site is hosted by Amazone – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/calerots.com
I also see your custom domain calerots.com uses the Godaddy nameservers and redirects to your free wordpress.com site https://calerotscom.wordpress.com/

100% sure they are WordPress charged. The godaddy account was canceled successfully without issues. The issue is here. It’s beyond pathetic from this company to be so shitty to charge you and don’t allow you to have customer service because you don’t have the services you’re actually disputing got charged. I don’t get this.
Meanwhile, I don’t have access to submit a review and PayPal denied the transaction because I couldn’t get some information I have no access to. It’s just out of this world ridiculous.

I can confirm that both the recent payments ($120 and $13) have already been refunded from our end.
So, you should see them in your PayPal account. Please note that refunds usually take about 7-10 business days (or sometimes even longer) to appear on your statement.

I understand your frustration — that definitely sounds annoying. The best way to resolve this is by going to WordPress.com → Account → Purchases and checking if the plan is still active. If it is, you can cancel and request a refund directly from there. If it shows as inactive but you’re still being charged, contact WordPress.com billing support through the contact form — they handle refund and billing issues directly.

These chatbots are so annoying. It is hard to contact real person for and advice. They should share email so we can contact someone real, not AI
