this is the 2nd time i tried to set up my blog? and failed.HELP PLEASE!

  I am in need of some help to set up my 1st blog page? I did not remember I had tried with a different name so again I don’t know what I am supposed to do..’raincoaster’ kindly replied to my last ask for help on this address http://darkartgen.wordpress.com I want to set up a blog for a art and music and poetry page..but every time I have tried I have failed.i was hoping there was someone who come see me through it? it is a long time since I 1st tried and just following the instructions is not a help.,to me.
