ranevents right, it worked, but I had to change my eventbrite password, but then the connectn with WordPress is also lost, then I wanted to reconnect, but it doesn’t work somehow
Daniel – WordPress.com Hmmm, I see. I recommend that you clear your cache and cookies, as shown here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache – and try to reconnect after clearing cache.
Daniel – WordPress.com It could be that your browser has saved the old password and is stopping the reconnection process.

ranevents I changed all passwords, both my wordpress and eventbrite
ranevents I log into my wordpress backoffice
ranevents I go to the theme options
ranevents I then click on connect to eventbrite
ranevents I am forwarded to eventbrite and I see I am logged in with the right account
ranevents I then click on the Allow button
ranevents then I am send back to the WordPress backoffice
ranevents and I see the same page, saying connect to eventbrite
ranevents and no events are shown

Daniel – WordPress.com Okay, I see the problem. I’ve managed to reproduce it. I’ll report it to our devs and I’ll get back to you over email when I get a solution to it. Does that sound good?
ranevents I am happy you see the problem, that means at least we can find a solution ;)
ranevents I have an event in 2 hours, where I need to take care of the registrations, but there might be people going to the website to recheck, time and location, so it does have some urgency
Daniel – WordPress.com I’ll of course try to resolve it asap, but it might not be done within 2 hours, as it’s a Sunday as well, and most of our devs are off at the moment. As a one-time exception, you might consider publishing a post about the upcoming event – so that people who come looking for it will not need to look for long.
