"This page cannot be displayed"

  I and many of my readers are getting “This page cannot be displayed” notices instead of my blog articles. We’ve tried cache clearance and there’s no difference.
  Has WordPress been changing things around again without checking whether they work on all platforms, or is something more sinister going on?
  When can we expect normal service to resume? (my blog has suffered particularly badly as a result of this. I had more than 9,000 hits on Monday. People started reporting problems yesterday evening and today I’m likely to make only half that.)

  Mike it is probably your ISP who has blocked a chunk of IP numbers due to a site or sites who have created child porn/illegal content on WP. This happened late last year. Mostly affected the UK.
