  I would like to have a “I recommend this post” button and a side widget for it.
  I thought this one would do something like that.
  Fun is nice but doubled by functionality is even better.

  Piggies! I can send you wild piggies, but I don’t know if they cook. We have 8 right now tearing up our place. Various sizes from around 40 lbs to probably 350 lbs. Send your specs. I’ll even throw in some pineapples and tree-ripened mangos and papayas.

  Does anyone know to what part of the ‘suprise me’-function the suddenly popping up videos are related?

  The video will show up at random if you have the surprise me feature check marked and then check mark the “this post is Super Awesome” within the editor side bar section.

  I checked the ‘surprise’ me box some time ago, and now have the ‘this post is super awesome’ box. I’ve never checked it though (humble or afraid… you choose, lol) and yet have been lucky enough to get chosen for the ‘freshly pressed’ twice in the last several months, so I don’t think the box has to do with being chosen. I could always be wrong though… perhaps I was just 100% lucky with getting on the freshly pressed… I only know that I didn’t check the super-awesome box and still got chosen.

  Hope that helps. I’d still like to know if anything does happen when we check the ‘this post is super awesome’ box but I guess I’ll have to be brave and just do it, since I haven’t found an answer yet.

  Long time no connect lady. It’s good to see your avatar. :) As you can see this is an old thread and no one posting to it has yet admitted checking the “this is an awesome post” box. I turned the “surprise me” off on my Profile page ASAP so I have no idea what if any connection there is with Freshly Pressed. Have you read these?
