“This product was purchased by a different WordPress.com account”

My colleague and I created this site and have been managing it for years. This year all of a sudden, neither of us are able to pay to renew the site hosting. “This product was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this product, log in to that account or contact the account owner.” reads the error message. No response from WordPress support.

Hello!
Thanks for reaching out. It appears that the upgrade for your site is associated with a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into (@charnatzivia). If you check the Users page (https://wordpress.com/people/team/rabbibenziongold.com) of your site, you’ll see another Administrator account listed. That account owns the upgrades for the website. You’ll need to log into that account to update the credit card information on file.
Please note that the domain renewal for rabbibenziongold.com occurred in February this year. However, there have been some payment errors with the renewal of the Explorer plan. The plan won’t expire until June 11, so you still have time to resolve this.
Let us know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
