    Cancel this account and knipper4sos. My wife is also being charged $33 a month for stephanieknipper.com and her email request go unanswered. Please refund her $33 since November when she first requested as we are going to the Attorney General’s office with the difficulty in cancelling with your company and your blatent disregard for refunding.

    I see that your wife reached out once via email on 12/29 requesting to cancel her subscription. We replied with instructions on how to cancel the subscription auto renewal but received no further replies from her. If you want us to look further into this for you, please either email us or post here in this thread from her account and we’d be happy to take a look.

    Stephanieknipper.com needs to be can elled and refunded since 11/21. This reply and extra steps you keep pushing back on is against the law in Ky. Close and refund her account and credit her card or we will file with the Attorney General. No more pushback from you and givibg us more task to do.

    The owner of stephanieknipper.com reached out to us via email on 12/29 asking us how to cancel their account. We provided instructions on how she can proceed with the cancelation. She would need to go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases where there is a button she can click to cancel her subscription. We did not hear anything else regarding that subscription until you posted in the forums today.

    We understand that you are asking for cancelation and a refund for the subscription. However, it is against policy for us to do anything under an account without the WordPress.com owner’s consent. The account you are contacting us from, 2019sos, is not the owner of the account. All we need is confirmation of ownership before we proceed with looking into a refund for the account. Once we receive that via email, or through posting in this thread, we’d be happy to proceed.

    If there is any confusion in regards to what account stephanieknipper.com is under, knipper4sos is not the account the domain was connected to. That account has been closed, but it does not have any site or domains connected to it.
