  I need you to shut this down & refund all the money that has been taken over the past 3 years. I requested this be cancelled in 2020.

  Hey there @theserenitystrategy, it looks like you canceled after a recent renewal. I don’t see a record of a previous cancellation, but I was able to refund the most recent charge for you. You should see that reflected on your statements within 5-10 business days.
