"this side cannot be accessed"

  Hi,

  I have the error message “site cannot be accessed” and an option to disconnect the site, obviously I do not want to do this! My website now shows as a blank white screen.

  I’m not very experienced at this and any help would be gratefully received!

  Hi, it looks like that domain is actually pointing to a site hosted on bluehost.com and so is not a wordpress.com site. Perhaps you are using the WordPress.org software there, which is separate from WordPress.com

  I recommend contacting the support team at Bluehost for help with that.

  You may also be able to get help from the WordPress.org support forums.
