This sit can’t provide a secure connection – HELP

    The site that I paid a year subscription for is no longer active. I can not open it through the dashboard and when friends try to click on a previous post they get an error message “This site can’t provide a secure connection”. I have tried updating Blaockbase and Meraki through the jetpack tab in my dashboard but that always tells me “error occurred” and will not update. I bought this site to blog about our travels for family and friends and it hasn’t worked for 2 weeks now. I am older and not tech savy…I wish I could just call someone but, of course, WordPress doesn’t let you talk to a person live. I really hope someone can help me! Thank you.

    Your site is using wordpress.org software which is different than what wordpress.com uses
