‘This site cannot be accessed’

I’ve been uploading blog posts since August 2017, but I changed the name in January and it hasn’t been the same since. In the top corner it says ‘This site cannot be accessed’ and when I start typing a new blog post it says the draft failed to save. When I go to upload media, it won’t allow it. It says comments cannot be retrieved. HELP!
