  I have a active website (in multisite) that can’t be accessed in my wordpress.com account. All other websites in multisite are working fine.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  same problem, connection to my sites was ok yesterday, today: This site cannot be accessed. :(

  This is wordpress.com support where we do not provide support for any sites that are not hosted here. We do not provide wordpress.ORG software support or Jetpack support. We cannot help with connection and reconnection of sites to your My Sites accounts page here at wordpress.COM but Jetpack support can help.

  Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs. A wordpress.COM account is required to run the Jetpack plugin, but we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums. Please direct Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
