  I am trying to access my website to edit but since a week ago, I cannot open it and it says ‘This site cannot be accessed’. I would like you to figure out what is the problem…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  sayangkinabaru22.blue appears to be a self-hosted site. This forum is only for WordPress.com sites. The following support document explains the difference: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  It seems like I have account for WordPress.com not for WordPress.org if I’m not mistaken…

  I did a Whois lookup on sayangkinabaru22.blue and got the following results:

  Name Servers
  DNS01.MUUMUU-DOMAIN.COM
  DNS02.MUUMUU-DOMAIN.COM

  The name servers for WordPress.com are
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  This indicates that this site is not hosted on WordPress.com. Please go to My Sites and see what sites are on your WordPress.com account.

  You might have your site connected to WordPressdotcom because of the Jetpack plugin, but if this is a misconfiguration issue, you’ll need to contact your web hosting provider GMO Internet for assistance.

  On My Site page, it says sayangkinabaru22.blue under my website name…
  I am contacting to my web-host now so I will ask again if I need more advises. Thank you so much.
