"This site cannot be accessed" error message

  When I go to my stats page, there’s a red exclamation point that says “this sit cannot be accessed, disconnect site.” I can still view the site and edit posts though. I tried signing out and signing in again, but the error message is still there.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Is this happening for the site http://scenicroutetravels.com/ or for a different site?

  Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and also check if the same thing happens when you use a different browser: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Let us know if it still happens.

  Hi, I tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, and logged in on safari (I usually use google chrome), and no luck. Still showing the “site cannot be accessed” message.

  Hi there,

  The error you are seeing is for a Jetpack connected WordPress site. If you recently moved your site from the self-hosted version of WordPress to WordPress.com or otherwise have a site that is no longer online or using Jetpack you’ll see that error under My Sites.

  The good new is it’s an easy fix. You’ll be able to disconnect Jetpack by following this guide:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/#remove-old-site

  Hi,

  I’m experiencing a similar problem this evening, with the same message coming up, and am not able to access or view the site I’ve been working on today at all now, whether I try to view it through wordpress.com, the wordrdpress app, or even try to look at the site directly through via the browser. It’s as though it simply doesn’t exist.

  @lucycurle It also sounds like your issue may be different, do you mind starting a new thread and tagging it with “modlook” (without the quotes) this will help staff and volunteers keep the place organized.
