    Hi!
I’ve a troubles with my website, all self hosted from about 14 years, now I’ve a troubles with JetPack, I had troubles than I removed and reinstalled JetPack on redfoxy.it than I reconnect it with my account but when I goes to activate my social networks i got “There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date” but I’ve last version of Jetpack, i tried to remove and download it again, but nothing, than I noticed that wordpress.com say that redfoxy.it isn’t connected “This site cannot be accessed.Disconnect Site” and as redfoxy.it all other websites like furryitalia.it and softairmania.it are disconnected!

I’m trying to fix it but nothing…

    RedFoxy.it and SoftAirMania.it are on a VM with Debian 9.2 stretch, Apache/2.4.25, PHP 7.0.19, MySQL 15.1 Distrib 10.1.26-MariaDB

FurryItalia.it is on another VM with Debian jessie-unstable, Apache/2.4.27, PHP 7.0.22, MySQL Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.18

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello @redfoxydarrest,

I’m so sorry to hear that. Reinstalling the plugin and reconnecting it to your WordPress.com account are the same troubleshooting fix I have in mind, but you have already tried those.

I’m afraid, you might not get much help from here. This forum is for users with websites hosted by WordPress.COM.

You can find better help from WordPress.ORG forum or Jetpack support page.

See more information about the difference from this link.

    Regards,
    Rose

I understand – please check these forum threads:

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/jetpack-disconnects-from-my-site/
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/this-site-cannot-be-accessed-disconnect-site-1/

This second thread has a Jetpack Mechanic responded on how to use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send them the exact issue from your site.

I really hope this gets sorted out.

    Regards,
    Rose
