"This site cannot be accessed" message. Can't edit site

    Hi,

    Two days ago my site randomly started having an orange circle with an exclamation point in it. When I click on it it says “this site cannot be accessed. Disconnect site?”

    How do I get rid of this and get back to being able to edit my site? Site still appears online and looks great. I just can’t do anything with it.

    Hi there,

    It looks like XMLRPC on your site is switched off. That’s what allows the Jetpack plugin to communicate with your site:

    Jetpack

    You’ll need to contact your hosting provider to fix that, as it’s controlled from their end.

    If your hosting provider says XMLRPC is fine, please contact Jetpack support directly for more help with this:
