"This site cannot be accessed" on My Sites page

I am not able to access my site from the My Sites page, even though my site is up and running, and jetpack seems to be working too. I’ve tried reinstalling jetpack and also deactivating and reactivating.
I’m also not able to post using the phone app. What can I do to troubleshoot this?

Although this website is using WordPress software it is self-hosted and is not hosted or supported on WordPress.com.
