This Site Cannot be Accessed! – Please help
-
Hello
I logged in to wordpress and when I try to view the site or access WP Admin the page does not load and appears blank, then I get a message “This Site Cannot be Accessed”. Any ideas on why this may be and what I should do? The site is Masquerade Theatre Arts not Masquerade Arts. We set up two.
Thanks

Hello!
It’s coming up as https://wordpress.com/stats/day/66.147.244.104::~masquer9
It’s call masqueradetheatrearts however

Is the site’s address masqueradearts.wordpress.com or another address?
I tried masqueradetheaterarts.wordpress.com and masqueradetheatrearts.wordpress.com and both of them came up as not registered.

The site is called Masquerade Theatre Arts however when I go to view it the site address is appearing as http://66.147.244.104/~masquer9

This is one of the problems nothing appears when I click on it anymore and the site was almost finished

That seems to be a site hosted at Bluehost using the self-hosted version of WordPress.
Do you remember did you migrate the site from WordPress.com, or simply set up two separate sites?

The domain is masqueradearts.com which is currently hosting a six website we haven’t done to change over yet

Were you able to access the admin for the Bluehost site before?
I’m thinking that there should be a separate log in for it, not on WordPress.com.

Yes, it was all working fine on wordpress until yesterday. We installed a plugin for contact forms and then the site updated and wasn’t there

I would suggest that you contact Bluehost support to see if they can revert the site to remove that plugin. Since the site is not hosted on WordPress.com, you might also get some help from the folks at the WordPress.org forums, which is the place to go for questions on sites hosted elsewhere.

Here’s some info on the difference between WordPress.com and the self-hosted WordPress sites.
