'this site cannot be accessed.remove site'

  • Unknown's avatar

I’ve installed jetpack plugin on my site and connected with my wordpress account via ‘view more stats on WordPress’. When I get into wordpress on the top left right next to the name of my site there’s an exclamation mark (!) in red and when I click on it, it says ‘this site cannot be accessed.remove site’. I deleted and reinstalled the plugin but it’s still showing the same message. I’ve tried to make changes to the site in the settings section but the changes are not saving, its not retrieving the published posts, comments, scheduled posts or subscribers. I’m not sure if this is a wordpress problem or a jetpack problem.
    My site is https://marketingknowhow.co.uk

    Hi iokareem,

I’ve checked the Jetpack connection for marketingknowhow.co.uk and it doesn’t appear to be working correctly. If reinstalling the plugin hasn’t helped, I recommend contacting the Jetpack support team using this link:

    Contact Support

Someone should be able to help you troubleshoot further there.

    Best of luck!
