My site ‘Write Around The Blog’ is invisible on a search. I took this site in about 2014 but have only started using it this year. Is this why it is not visible. Do I have to reinstate it somehow? One person has found it and I have put a link on Linkedin which does work.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
If you haven’t been using the site, it won’t be on search engines yet, no – search engines won’t index a site that doesn’t have any content to index.
The good news is, all you have to do to get your site indexed, is to start adding content to it, like you already have. Every time you publish a new post, we ping Google and other search engines to let them know there’s new content for them to index.
The indexing process will take several weeks, but the more often you post, the more we’ll ping the search engines, and the faster your posts will start appearing in search results :)
I have put a link on Linkedin which does work.
What is the link you shared on LinkedIn?
Your site’s homepage is at https://jennyrees1.wordpress.com/, and your most recent post is at https://jennyrees1.wordpress.com/2022/01/25/plotter-or-pantser/.
To share a post, always make sure to view the post on your site itself, and copy that URL from the address bar. URLs that start with wordpress.com/post/jennyrees1.wordpress.com are for the editor/your site’s dashboard, and as such are only accessible to you.
Let me know if you have any other questions about this.
