This Site Can’t Be Reached

    Hi! I have been having trouble writing new posts. Whenever I do so, I come across the This Site Can’t Be Reached error page. The same is true when I try to edit previously published posts. How can I resolve this?

    By the way, I encountered this error on my laptop but it worked on a different laptop. Also, I already tried clearing my cache and a different browser but neither worked.

    Any other solutions? I also tried disabling the extensions. And as you can guess it, I still encountered the same issue. Appreciate your assistance!

    Hi there,

    It’s interesting that you were able to make this work on a different laptop. Out of curiosity what are the differences between the two machines? Here are a few questions I have:

    • Are both computers connected to the same network (wifi) or are they on different networks and/or different locations?
    • Are both computers use the same operating system and version number? Same browser? If they are different, how?
    • Do you have this same issue (or similar) if you log into WordPress.com and try to edit a post using the brower on your smarphone, tablet, or other mobile device?

    Also, for your primary laptop (the one with this issue) what are the browsers you have tried? What if you use the Incognito or “Private” browser option, and then try to log in to WordPress.com and edit your post that way? Same issue or does it work when using this specific trick?
