This site can’t be reached-Customize page

  Hi,
  I can’t access the Appearance -> Customize page.

  I keep getting this error:
  This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://catalogjo.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcatalogjo.com%2F might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
  ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

  I am using Astra theme. The problem is solved when I switch to another theme but I want to keep Astra. Woocommerce is the only activated plugin on the website.

  From Inspect I get these errors:

  GET https://img.secureserver.net/t/1/tl/event?cts=1617020464867&tce=…sg3plcpnl0223%22%2C%22id%22%3A%227544315%22%7D&dp=%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php 499 (Request has been forbidden by antivirus)

  Any suggestions for solving this?

  It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  You can also reach out to GoDaddy for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem.
