This site can’t be reached — error message

    I’m receiving the following message when I try to access my site. It was unsecured so I was trying to change the address (to add the ‘s’ after ‘http’) in the admin panel. I tried changing it back but still get this message:

    This site can’t provide a secure connection
    bassiounigroup.com sent an invalid response.
    ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    Hi there!

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     Thanks. I made a mistake in changing the settings in the admin panel. But I was able to fix it – I got in touch with the hosting company and managed to upgrade the hosting and get the SSL setup.
