  I was not aware about the difference of wordpress.com and wordpress.org. I tried customising my .com site using LOCAL WP application. I uninstalled it after sometime as it was not helping me. Since then I am not able to acces the site I am getting the message – This site can’t be reached (myurl) refused to connect.- I am not able to customise using wordpress.com application. Please help

  URL is mytastetrials.wordpress.com.

  I’m not having any issues viewing mytastetrials.wordpress.com.

  What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

  The site is opening in other computer, but not from my own laptop. I tried with both chrome and Microsoft edge. By mistake I worked on localwp.com by installing it on to the laptop for customizing the pages. I wasn’t knowing the difference of wordpress.com and wordpress.org. I uninstalled localwp.com as I was not comfortable there and went back to wordpress.com customizing tool on the same laptop. And the problem started. I reinstalled the browser. Problem is not solved

  It sounds like you have tried through Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, and that those did not work even after you deleted and reinstalled the browsers. Is that right?

  If so, could you try installing the Firefox browser and doing the following from Firefox:

  1. Visit WordPress.com
  2. Log in with your email/username & pass
  3. Attempt to access the admin area of mytastetrials.wordpress.com

  My hope is that by trying a browser you have not used before this may create a better result for us.
