This site can’t be reached. [website name] refused to connect.

    Hi,

    I was edited using the Free version of Elementor and all of a sudden the website reloaded and now I cannot access it. When I try to log in to WP-Admin it gives me the error from the title of this post. “This site can’t be reached. kaz.kazjewelry.com refused to connect.”

    I didn’t do anything experimental as far as I know of. I was adding a spacer to our FAQ page.

    How may I resolve this issue?

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    If you suspect Elementor caused this, please contact their support directly for help with this.
