this site is doing all kinds of STRANGE things now, it is no longer showing the full image that I am adding, and if I want to blow face text, it only does a little piece of it at a time instead of all of what it highlighted.

this site is doing all kinds of STRANGE things now, it is no longer showing the full image that I am adding, and if I want to blow face text, it only does a little piece of it at a time instead of all of what it highlighted. SO I highlight the entire sentence, and it bold faces three words of it, so that I have to highlight one sentence 3 or 4 times now, in order to get All of it highlighted. What is going on, none of this ever occurred before?

I am having the same problems. All of a sudden I am getting HTML weird stuff instead of the text and heading that I posted.

I don’t think that your issue is related to @thecoffeeprophet’s. Both sites on your account are using different themes and they load fine on my end.
Where exactly is this HTML issue happening? When you view a specific post or page or when you open one in the editor?

It is happening in Editor, When I go to add my image, only a small part of the top of my image is appearing now, instead of the whole image. I don’t want to pay for shipboard because it is not something I will use. so I can’t post the image. here and you don’t have a download option. also when I go to Highlight my text in BOLD face, only PART of what is highlighted goes Bold, it Boldfaces in SEGMENTS now, so to highlight and boldface one sentence could take three or four tries, instead of it just boldfacing all that is highlighted like it always did before.

I don’t understand how to use it, how do you paste the screen shots, This does NOT WORK: 1. Click on the window you want to capture.
2. Press Shift + Ctrl + Cmd + 3.
3. Click back on this webpage.
4. Press Cmd + V to upload the image.I am on a Mac, is that the issue? It is not very clear otherwise

I see that @fstat asked this but I’m not sure I saw the answer. Is this an issue that happens only when you edit a specific page on your site? Or is it an issue that happens with any page you edit?
If it affects a specific page, which one? What is the title of the page so we can take a closer look?

No that is not an issue. I know that not everyone likes to use snipboard, so let me give you this alternative. To share a screenshot with us, instead of snipboard you can upload it to the Media Library on your site, and then copy the image URL. You can see a video of how to do this here: https://d.pr/v/Fcnerp
Once you have the image URL just paste it into your reply and we will be able to visit that URL and see your screenshot, thanks!

It happens when I add content to MY Specific page. My i am posting to MY PAGE it happens EVERY TIME NOW.

Please send us a screenshot so we can better understand what’s going on.
Also, I want to ask you to try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox) and see if you’re getting the same issue.

I have always used Safari Browser with My MacBook Pro, it’s always worked just Fien for MANY years now.

Correct, we understand that it is not working for you in Safari. However, we are curious is it an issue that happens in all browsers? Or does it only happen in Safari? Since we are not having this issue on our end when we check, we would need your help in testing this.
With this in mind, can you help us out by trying on a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome, and seeing if you have this issue there as well or not?

I don’t ever use any other browsers, I have always used Safari, and it’s always worked fine. so would like it to work fine again on Safari. I can try tomorrow on a different browser.

Hm, yeah that should be fine, I’m having no issue with Safari 14.1.2 under macOS 11.5.1 myself.
Have you tried with all Safari extensions off? That includes any ad/tracker blockers.

I don’t have extensions or blockers on my Safari, as I said before it just started after YEARS of being fine, NOTHING has changed, except word press started charging. lol

Yeah, I have no blockers or ANYTHING different than I always have had, it’s all the exact same as wet it worked fine for years, I think it’s something in the editor, I believe it definitely is an issue with the editor. there must be some hidden code or something somewhere that is causing it to only bold parts of a sentence at a time, and hide part of the image display that’s being added, Something I n the editor that has changed is causing these issues.
