this site is doing all kinds of STRANGE things now, it is no longer showing the full image that I am adding, and if I want to blow face text, it only does a little piece of it at a time instead of all of what it highlighted.

The image issue is not happening on my computer anymore, only on my iPhone X which is also using the latest Safari Browser and IOS software.

If it is now only happening on your phone, I recommend using our official app which offers a better experience than the mobile web version.

My included image is WHITED OUT, except for the very top of it a little line, and also when I blow face type, it bold faces only PIECES at a TIME, so one sentence can take 3 or 4 attempt to boldface. This all happens in Editor, but looks FINE on the actual page, This is NEW and has never happened before in the YEARS I have been using your service, I am on a Macbook Pro using the LATEST software of IOS and Safari.

Thanks for clarifying. Since this browser issue impacted you before, can you try whatever you did the last time to clear that up in the Safari browser?
If you didn’t do anything, try logging out of your WordPress.com, clear your browser cache, and log back in and see if that helps.

It is the SAME ISSUE, it has NOT BEEN FIXED since my FIRST request for help a couple of weeks ago, it’s still doing the same things and NO HELP was GIVEN, to change ANY of the things that are no longer working since it is now a paid service.

We have not been able to locate the issue or replicate it on our end. That’s not to say there isn’t an issue, but just that we haven’t been able to see this one yet.
We’ll need to see/understand exactly what is happening on your end and a screenshot is one of the best ways to do that. I see that we weren’t able to get a screenshot of the issue. Could you please follow the instructions below to share a screenshot with us?

Ok, I have added the 2 images into my media Library, if you can see in there, you will see the FULL image, and what is happening in editor where just the very TOP of the image displays, and then you can also see where I highlight the ENTIRE sentence to bold it, but only PART of the sentence goes bold.
Snipboard didn’t work for me, I don’t know if it’s a Mac thing or a Safari thing or what, but I COULD NOT get shipboard to work.

For the first issue that shows only part of the image loaded, have you tried connecting to a different connection to see what happens? I’d also suggest trying on a different browser, albeit temporarily, to see if it works there. I know you said you don’t use any other browsers, but it’s often helpful to keep other browsers around as a site owner so that you can check for issues that may be specific to one browser.
We recommend trying out on Firefox or Chrome to check if you’re still seeing the issue there.
For the record, we’ve tried to replicate the issue on our end, but the image always loads in full. See below:
Kindly try on a different browser and clear your browser cache and then connect to a different internet connection to see if that improves the situation. (Please do both.)
As for the second issue, I’ve noticed from your screenshot that the full sentence was not highlighted before you used the Bold option. That’s why the sentence was bolded only partially. Here’s a screenshot that you shared:

As you can see, it has made the whole sentence bold after I’ve selected/highlighted the whole sentence.
I’ve saved the page as a draft for now with the whole sentence bold, but when trying again, please ensure that the entire sentence (that you want to bold) is highlighted or selected.

LOL, As I have said Before, I have used the SAME BROWSER in the SAME WAY since INCEPTION of this site “SEVERAL YEARS AGO” Safari has ALWAYS worked JUST FINE. it does the SAME thing on my phone and Lap top, but with the Image, often it loads fully, sometimes just the top tip of it can be seen as I showed in the Picture. AND NO!!! LOL, the “ENTIRE” sentence is “ALWAYS” HIGHLIGHTED but only PART of it goes BOLD< it usually takes 2 or 3 tries to get THE ENTIRE HIGHLIGHTED sentence to go bold. What you saw in the picture was JUST the part that Bolded “AFTER” the “ENTIRE” sentence was highlighted.
this NEVER EVER happened for YEARS until a couple of weeks ago, and now Happens EVERY SINGLE DAY. -

I understand that Safari is your preferred browser, and has not had problems to this point.
However, when we try the same things you are trying in Safari, we cannot seem to reproduce the issue. With this in mind we’d like you to try editing your site in a different browser temporarily.
We are not asking you to do this permanently, but we are curious if you have this issue “only in Safari” of if it is an issue that you have with other browsers as well. With this in mind, are you willing to try editing your site in either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?
If you have the same issue when trying another browser, at least we know it’s a larger issue and not a problem with Safari only. If it turns out that it works fine in a different browser, at leas we know we need to focus on Safari as the only place that the issue is occuring.

If I can ask, what is the browser you tried, Can you tell us the version number as well? I’ve tried on your site now to bold text (I’m using Chrome) and for me it works without issue. I can highlight the exact words I want to make bold and when I click the button to format that text it does not bold more or less text that I specify, but the exact text I highlighted.
Did you try Chrome as well?

– the text you are highlighting (before you bold it)
– what happens to the text after you click the link to apply the bold formatting

—I cannot be any more clear then I have been, and I AM NOT MAKING IT UP!!! lol, there would be no reason whatsoever for me to do so, So the ISSUE DOES INDEED EXIST, whether you are seeing it on your end of not, and I find it really strange that it only happened since the upgrades started.

I had thought the issue with the images had gone away, so I was suprised to see you mention it again. That issue has returned? Also it’s interesting you said this:

To clarify, you are only highlighting a portion of the full sentence, but expecting (when the formatting it applied) that it will apply to all parts of the sentence, not just the part that is highlighted?

Yes, I just tried it again using the Quick time Player, and when I press record the Control panel disappears so there is NO WAY to STOP or SAVE the recording to send it to you, But I typed this Sentence and Bold faced it 100% each time. this is what happened
