  Hi, that should automatically downgrade at some point to become a free site, but a site can only be deleted by its owner. If that was you and you’d like to recover access, here’s how:

  If you set up alternative account recovery options, you should be able to regain access fairly quickly, then you can do as you’d like with the site. We can also downgrade it for you at that point if you’ll confirm you’re fine with potential content loss, so just let us know.

  I noticed you’ve opened a few other threads today. I’ll merge them together.

  If you were the site owner, there are several options that will work for account recovery: recovery email, recovery phone, recovery via transaction ID, etc.

  Once you’re logged into the right account, we can help you ensure it’s downgraded and deleted.
