This site should already be under ‘My Sites’

    This site is already be registered as a WordPress site. Something has happened and it is no longer showing up under my account. Can’t seem to log in to the WordPress account for this site either. Any suggestions on how to get this site linked back to my account and show up under ‘My Sites’?

    Hi there!

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    Your site sausa.com is using the Jetpack plugin. Jetpack connects to your WordPress.com account allowing you to manage your website from the WordPress.com dashboard under “My Sites”. If there’s a problem with that connection, the site could “disappear” from your sites list here at WordPress.com.

    If you have trouble logging in there, you should reach out to your host for help with that. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.

    Then, if you still have trouble reconnecting Jetpack, reach out to their support via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support if you have a paid plan, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/ if you do not and they’ll be able to assist you.
