this site was open while connecting to woocomerce

    Hi,
    I have already purchased a wordpress account with my hosting company, not sure why this was generated while connecting to woocommerce? can i please have this account closed since already have the wordpress site with my hosting.

    Hi good morning,

    I have tried closing this account as per the documentation on file by wordpress, but I keep getting this message below:  

    “We are still in the process of removing one or more of your sites. This process normally takes 15-20 minutes. Once removal is completed, you should be able to close your account from this page.

    To close this account now, <u>contact our support team</u>.”

    Why is it still going through this process that supposed to take 15-20 min and this was  19hours ago?

    Can I get some assistance please.
